Delivery and Return

The shipping costs are free within Germany. Outside of Germany we will charge a flat shipping rate of 25€ for value of goods below and including 650 €. Should the value of goods exceed 650€ we will charge a flat shipping rate of 50 €. The insured shipping within and outside Germany is provided by UPS. Please look at the product detail description for shipping time, because our jewelry pieces are made to order. As soon as your product is ready to ship you will receive a shipping notification. Upon dispatch, your parcel will arrive in two to four business days, depending on the destination.

For orders to countries outside of the EU, you have to pay the purchase price not including value added tax. Depending on the delivery country there might be additional custom fees for orders outside the EU. Please contact us before you place your order, so we can adjust the invoice. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns on orders from web sales for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or paypal account with which the order was processed. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please note, order by December 6 for guaranteed Christmas delivery. For our pendants December 21 is the last day to order for guaranteed Christmas delivery. In case you missed the dateline please contact us, maybe we can arrange something for you.

For your gifts we decided to extend our return period during holiday season. All orders placed and delivered between November 14 and December 21 can be returned until January 8.
