Shipping

Every Golpira piece is carefully packaged in Berlin and shipped fully insured.

Ready-to-ship pieces are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Made-to-order pieces are individually handcrafted and are generally ready for dispatch within up to three weeks. The estimated dispatch time is always shown on the respective product page.

Shipping within Germany is complimentary.

For international orders we charge a flat shipping rate:

– €25 for orders with a value of up to €650
– €50 for orders with a value above €650

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation together with tracking information.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges.

These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

If, for any reason, you decide not to keep your piece, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

The direct cost of return shipping is to be borne by the customer.
