General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
The following Terms and Conditions (Terms) apply to all orders placed via our online shop.
These Terms also apply to businesses for future commercial relations without the need for any formal expression thereof. Unless expressly approved by us to the contrary, we cannot accept the contractual validity of any conflicting or complementary general terms and conditions used by any business.
2. Contractual Partner, Formation of Contract, Options for Corrections
The contract is concluded with Golpira.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer on our part to enter into a contract regarding those items. You may place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and amend your entries at any time prior to submitting your binding order by using the correction facilities provided for this purpose and explained during the ordering process.
The contract is formed by clicking on the order button, which indicates your acceptance of our offer concerning the products contained in the shopping basket. Once you have submitted your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language, Saving of the Contract Text
The languages available for concluding the contract are German and English.
We save the text of the contract and provide you with the order data and our Terms and Conditions on a durable medium. You may also view the text of the contract in your customer account, where available.
4. Delivery Conditions
Estimated dispatch times for individual pieces are stated on the respective product page.
Shipping within Germany is complimentary.
For deliveries outside Germany, we charge a flat shipping rate of €25 for orders with a value of up to and including €650. For orders with a value above €650, we charge a flat shipping rate of €50.
We ship the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.

5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our online shop.
Advance Payment
If you select advance payment, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and dispatch the goods after receipt of payment.
Credit Card
You provide your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately after placing your order.
PayPal and PayPal Express
In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction.
The payment transaction will be processed by PayPal after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
PayPal may offer registered PayPal customers additional payment methods according to its own criteria. We have no influence over the availability of these payment methods. Any additional payment method offered by PayPal affects your legal relationship with PayPal.
Google Pay
In order to pay via Google Pay, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”), you must be registered with Google, have activated Google Pay, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction.
The payment transaction will be carried out directly after submission of your order. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
Apple Pay
In order to pay via Apple Pay, provided by Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA (“Apple”), you must use a compatible device and browser, be registered with Apple, have activated Apple Pay, authenticate yourself and confirm the payment instruction.
The payment transaction is processed immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
6. Right to Cancel
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right to cancel, as described in the instructions on the right to cancel.
Businesses are not granted any voluntary right to cancel.
7. Warranty and Guarantees
7.1 Liability for Defects
We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with the contract.
The statutory provisions governing liability for defects apply. With respect to consumers, statutory warranty rights governed by the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence shall apply.
Information on any additional guarantees and their precise conditions can be found on the relevant product pages or specific information pages in the shop, where applicable.
Complaints may be submitted by consumers and businesses using the contact details provided in our Legal Notice.
If, in connection with a warranty claim, we consider it necessary to receive the item in order to examine the complaint, we will provide you with the relevant return instructions.
We aim to respond to complaints without undue delay and, where possible, within 14 days of receipt.
International returns must be coordinated with us in advance. Uncoordinated returns may incur customs charges or other fees which cannot be reimbursed.
7.2 Voluntary Golpira Warranty and Customer Service
All Golpira pieces purchased directly through our website are covered by our voluntary two-year Golpira warranty from the date of purchase.
During this period, we will take care of necessary repairs as well as maintenance such as professional cleaning or rethreading, where applicable.
Our voluntary warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights in relation to defects. These statutory rights remain unaffected.
After the warranty period, we remain happy to clean, adjust or repair Golpira pieces. Depending on the work required, a service fee may apply. We will always inform you in advance before carrying out any chargeable work.
8. Consumer Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
9. Final Provisions
If you are a “Kaufmann” within the meaning of the German Commercial Code (HGB), a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between us and you shall be our registered office.
